The 'secret' is Digi-Watcher. It is easy to set up and a very nice utility that uses the camera's images and uploads them using FTP to the website.

Digi-Watcher is free, but times-out after 30 minutes of use. It is $39 and well worth it, if you do not want to have to continually restart the software.
